View effective permissions for users and groups

Permission Levels

Deny (0) No access - User cannot see or access this page
View (1) Read-only access - Can view data but cannot modify
Edit (2) Can create and update records
Admin (3) Full access - Can create, update, delete, and manage settings
Permission Resolution: When a user belongs to multiple groups, the highest permission level wins (UNION with MAX). However, if any group has explicit deny, it blocks access regardless of other permissions.
